New Brunswick and Atlantic Canada are the most rapidly aging regions in our country. With matching funds from the McCain Foundation and the NB Health Research Foundation, St. Thomas University has hired Dr. Albert Banerjee as the new Chair in Community Health and Aging. Dr. Banerjee is the co-investigator of an international project fostering the development of healthy, inclusive, age-friendly communities around the world, with his research now based through St. Thomas in Fredericton and New Brunswick communities.
